We had a great Easter on Sunday. The easter bunny brought some great things to our house. I love the age that Jaxon is at because it makes holidays so fun. A lot of the time we use traditions that either Jared or I grew up with. One of whch was getting swimsuits in our easter baskets. So Jaxon got a new swimsuit, a few other fun summer things, and a fishing pole for him and Jared to use. Paisley already had a little swimsuit so here Easter dress was part of her easter basket, along with some pacifiers, and toys for her carseat. Jared even got a little easter basket with a tie and an itunes gift card.
Then the easter bunny had hid several eggs around the apartment for Jaxon to find. We always found hard boiled eggs but neither Jaxon or Jared will eat them so instead we went with Jared's tradition of finding plastic eggs filled with candy. Jaxon loved that there was candy inside. Needless to say we have much more candy than we need. Paisley slept through most of the festivities.
Sorry about the pictures of him in his diaper lately he has hated being in his clothes when he is inside. He was adament about wearing his sunglasses that the easter bunny brought while finding his eggs.
We don't have church until 2 so we had a yummy breakfast and then started getting ready for church. We dressed Paisley in her new easter dress that she got and Jaxon wore the tuxedo that he got last year for easter. Thank heavens he doesn't grow to fast and can wear the same outfit for two years.
We got some cute pictures of Paisley to try and get baby announcements together.

Those pictures of Jaxon in his diaper and glasses are so cute! You gotta love little boys and their stubborn ideas. Cute idea of having swimsuits in your basket.
